1969 Gibson J-50 - Natural ...wide neck !!!

1969 Gibson J-50 - Natural incl. orig. blk Gibson Softcase

Nice and super clean 1969 Gibson J-50 in Natural finish, all original and in excellent condition for its age. The Gibson J-50 model is actually similar to the J-45, except for the Natural finish. Actually 1968 was the last year for the "round sholdered" dreadnought bodys and 1965 was the last year for the "wide" fretboards, this guitar has one of those desirable wide fretboards and is a "roundsholder" dreadnought with the then typical adjustable bride. It either is a special order, or Gibson used some older pre/-65 bodys and necks. It definately is a great sound guitar which sounds super rich and warm instrument, where you can really tell the old woods used, the mahogany neck has a medium size c-shape, ..very comfortable to play. Comes in its orig. black Gibson soft case.
