1969 Gibson J-45 – Cherry Sunburst (Round-shoulder!)

1969 Gibson J-45 – Cherry Sunburst

Propably Gibsons most famous electric- acoustic guitar which came out in 1942 as a “round-shoulder-bodystyle”, which changed after ´68 to a square shouldered dreadnought. This instrument is an early 1969 model, propably still built in ´68 with the early round-shoulder -body, no volute-neck and no “Made in USA” stamped in the back of the headstock, as usually found on 69 models. The Guitar is in all original and excellent condition for its age and has no breaks, repairs or other damages. The original Kluson “Double-line” 3 on a stripe tuners work fine, and the sound is fantastic, typical for a round-shoulder-45, very comfortable to play! Incl. original  black hardshell case with violet interior.
