1969 Gibson J-45 - Cherry Sunburst
1969 Gibson J-45 - Cherry Sunburst
Clean and great sounding 1969 Gibson J-45 in dark cherry sunburst color in very good condition. Gibsons most famous electric- acoustic guitar which came out in 1942 as a "round-shoulder-bodystyle", which changed after ´68 to a square shouldered dreadnought. This instrument is an early 1969 model, propably still built in ´68 with the early round-shoulder -body, no volute-neck and no "Made in USA" stamped in the back of the headstock, as usually found on 69 models. The guitar has barely any playwear and has still a very strong color! The bridge had been removed once and the saddle is upgraded to a non adjustable one which makes the guitars sound better. The action is really good as well. It has no breaks, repairs or other damages. The original Kluson "Double-line" 3 on a stripe tuners work fine. Incl. original black hardshell case with yellow plush.
