1968 Gretsch 6125 Anniversary – 2-tone Smoke Green

Clean and all original 1968 Gretsch 6125 “Anniversary” in excellent condition. Only some minor playwear and some beltrush on the backside of the body, no cracks, repairs or other hidden damages. We mostly don’t know anything about the instrument’s history but this guitar obviously once belonged to “Tony Speed” of the Band “The Whalers” – at the least there are very light shades of stickers that were on the guitar. The med-size mapleneck is comfortable to play, and the single “HiLo-tron” pickup sounds great – typical Gretsch! The guitar comes in its original gray/silver Gretsch hardshell case with maroon plush lining.
