1968 Gibson J-45 - Cherry Sunburst
1968 Gibson J-45 - Cherry Sunburst
Clean and great sounding 1968 Gibson J-45 in dark strong sunburst color in very good condition. This guitar has a beautiful, almost unfaded strong color, not only on the top but also on the back and sides and the back of the neck. It's one of the last round shoulder J-45s since Gibson changed the shape to a square shoulder dreadnought in 1969. It has the typical '68 Gibson logo on the pickguard and of course no volute-neck and no "Made in USA" stamped in the back of the headstock, which started 1969. The guitar has barely any playwear and plays great. It has no breaks, repairs or other damages besides a horzonztal pressure spot on the lower back which is absolutely stable. The original Kluson "Double-line" 3 on a stripe tuners work fine. Incl. original black hardshell case with yellow plush.
