1968 Gibson ES-340 TDN - Natural incl. orig. hardshell case
Rare 1968 Gibson ES-340TD in Natural finish in great condition for its age. The instrument has been played, so it has some playwear and weatherchecking, typical for most instruments that age, but a great mojo! The ES-340 guitars were more expensive and very similar to ES-335 but they had a laminated maple neck (like Gibsons expensive Jazz guitars L5 etc.), this model must be an realearly version, as it has all pots dated 1967 and thr conventionell 335-wiring (2x volume- and 2x tone controls and 1x PU-select switch. The tuners had been changed to Grovers at one time, the original Kluson "doublerings" are back on (no aditional holes!). Great sounding instrument. Including black Gibson-335 hardshellcase with maroon interior.
