1966 Mosrite Joe Maphis Mark XVIII – Doubleneck incl. black tolex case

Rare 1966 Mosrite Joe Maphis Mark XVIII – doubleneck guitar, all original and in excellent condition! The solid body is finished in nitro 3-tone sunburst and sports a 6-string and a 12-string neck. Both necks are made of maple with a bound rosewood fretboard and 22-frets each, the 6-string side features a Moseley tremolo. 4x P-90 like singlecoil pickups, can be switched between neck and bridge position on each neck, an aditional 3-way switch allows to select between both necks, 1x master volumen und 1x master tone control. The guitar has only minor playwear, the front of the body has faded to a rather 2-tone sunburst and the original set of frets are still in perfect shape. Both necks are straight and well adjusted, everything is all original and works fine! Rather lightweight for a doubleneck with a little over 5Kg! Comes in its original black Tolex hardshell case.
