1966 Fender Villager 12-string Acoustic - Natural
Rare Fender Villager 12-string acoustic guitar from 1966 in all original and great condition for its age. The Villager is virtually the 12-string version of the allready succesfull Fender Malibu guitar, sporting a 12-string bolt-on neck from the Fender Electric XII guitar. Mahagoni dreadnought body with spruce top and aluminum support rod thru body, which was typical for Fenders acoustic guitars back then. Nice and comfortable to play wide maple neck with beautiful birdeys and a rosewood fretboard with 20 frets which are in excellent shape. The Villager has been built only 4 years beetween 1965 and 1969. The playability and action is great, the guitar has a very bright, warm chiming tone. Comes in black hardshell case w/grey interior.
