1966 Fender Stratocaster – Lake Placid Blue

Clean 1966 Fender Stratocaster in custom color Lake Placid Blue. The guitar is all original and in excellent condition. The color has faded just a bit, it’s not green as most Lake Placid Blue guitars since the clear coat usually fades to yellow. The blue color is still visible. The play wear shows it’s yellow stain and white primer undercoat. The guitar has the typical 66 neck shape, thicker on the first frets and thinner towards the body. Great sounding and playing guitar! The three grey bottom pickups are dated to March 1966 matching the March neck date. Comes incl. original case.
