1965 Fender Stratocaster - Olympic White (Refin)
1965 Fender Stratocaster in Olympic White which has been refinished, but the original color was(!) Olympic White from the factory, there is still the factory white finish visible under the pickguard, neck-pocket and trem-cavity, as well as under the neckplate. Other than the refin and a pro refret with 6105 Medium Jumbos, this guitar is all original, with untouched solderjoints, even the original 3-way switch has never been touched, all three pots are Stackpoles stamped 304.65.16 dating them to 16th week of 1965, the neckstamp reads 2 APR 65 B and the three original "grey-bottom" PUs are all dated 1965 and have outputs of 5,41K / 5,41K / 5,52K. With a weight of only 3,37 kg the guitar is nice lightweight and the medium sized, c-shaped neck, with its wonderful "broken in" feeling, make this guitar really comfortable to play! Comes in a newer black Tolex case with red interior.
