1964 Fender Stratocaster – Sunburst – all 63 features!
1964 Fender Stratocaster in Sunburst that screams MOJO! It obviously has been played a lot and has a lot of play wear. It’s got a big early 64 neck profile and features all the desired pre-CBS specs such as the green guard, Spaghetti-logo, clay-dots and the black bottom pickups. The neck stamp is 2JAN64B, the pots are dated 137.64.03 (3rd week of 1964) the “black bottom” pickups have outputs of 6,12K / 5,78K and 5,73K. The bridge and middle pickup have been rewound. It’s got a great light weight of only 3,39Kg and sounds terrific! There was an additional string tree at some point and. there are some artificial scratches and “aging” on the back, maybe somebody peeled something off but this fits to the overall cool appearance of the guitar. Comes in original brown tolex Fender case.
