Clean 1964 Fender Jazz Bass in 3-tone Sunburst, all original and in very good condition for its 55(!) years. The neck on that bass has been twisted, so the previous owner had a custom neck built for the instrument, the original neck from 1964, which belongs to the bass is included! Other than the neck-swap, the bass is all original with untouched solderjoints, the original tuners have been mounted to the newer neck, only minor play-wear and some typical weather-checking. The original electronic has untouched solderjoints, all three pots are from Stackpole stamped 304.64.20 = 20th week of 1964, the two original Fender J-pickups have outputs of 7,17K and 7,80K, neckstamp reads: 7 AUG 64 A. The frets on the mounted neck are new, the frets of the original 64 neck are also still in great shape and have plenty of life left. Low action and with a pleasant weight of only little over 4Kg the playability is great and very comfortable! Priced considerably low because of the swaped neck, maybe someone is even able to streighten the original neck of that bass, the original neck however is included! Comes in gigbag from that period.
