1963 Fender Stratocaster - Sunburst

Very clean 1963 Stratocaster in excellent+ condition and all original... besides the neck plate is a real 1963 plate but it doesn't belong to this actual guitar. We don't know why it was changed, maybe a former owner in the 80s added a social security number and it was changed later. If you look closely you can see that the original serial number was L09XXX from the imprint in the lacquer. Everything else is original and looks like it should, without this "issue" the guitar would certainly hit the 30K price tag. It has that sought after big 63 neck profile, the typical 63 Sunburst color pattern, the body is dated 8/63 in the tremolo cavity, the neck date is 2JUL63B and the pot codes read 304.63.02. The original black bottom pickups read 6,53K(N), 5,74K(M) and 6,36K(B), great high outputs, the weight is also typical with 3,42Kg. Really really clean Strat, great player with a beautiful figured unique fretboard. Comes incl. original white tolex case.
