Clean 1962 Gibson Melody Maker D in great condition. The guitar is all original besides changed knobs. It’s really a clean one – there are only some crackle lines on the lower tailpiece stud but it’s only on the surface and has no structural influence (no leaning or something). It’s the desired dual pickup “D”-version, with the pre-65 double cut shape which is still round and basically a double cut Les Paul shape. Very versatile guitar with big neck and the entry into the vintage Gibson world – same wood and material as on the high priced sister models! The pots read 134.61.47 (47th week of 1961). Comes incl. high quality aftermarket case.
