Clean PAF-loaded 1962 Gibson ES-335 TD in Cherry finish in excellent condition. One of the first ones with the block inlays but still with two original PAF humbuckers! Factory stoptail version – besides a “snakebite” from a Bigsby that was installed once, the PAF covers have been off and a new pro refret with Jumbo frets it’s all original. The guitar comes with a period correct wraparound tailpiece instead of a normal stoptail (there are a few guitars known with this “feature”. It’s a super resonant 335, really lively and with a great tone! This guitar just sings! What a wonderful sounding ES… rich harmonics, and overtones, just the perfect PAF tone – the two PAF humbuckers are well balanced and clear. The neck is a medium C profile, on the slimmer side but not as skinny as the earlier 1961 models. Really nice one, great color and magic tone! Comes incl. it’s original black Lifton case.
