What an amazing guitar! This super lighteweight 1960 Les Paul Junior has been refinished by our luthier Mathias Schindehuette in Black. The thin nitrocellulose finish has natural checking – looks just like an old one. The guitar is break free – no heel and no headstock crack. It has never been converted to Grovers! It comes with a period correct original short magnet PAF humbucker! The pickup cavity was already widened a bit when we got it so it perfectly fits a humbucker but you can restore it to P90 – the dogear will cover the holes. Original wraparound tailpiece, original pickguard, pots and bumblebee capacitor. Original volume knob, tone knob is a repro. The original tuners come with the guitar and pro repros are installed. The guitar has been refretted with Jescar 51100 frets and has been perfectly set up. It plays like butter and stays in tune! Guitar comes in newer case.
