Sometimes you grab a guitar and after one second you immediately know it’s over the top. This 1960 ES-345 is a guitar like that. It’s so loud and resonant, it has such a wonderful sustain… just amazing. It’s a long guard 1960 model with a faded watermelon Cherry color that has been converted from Bigsby to stoptail. It’s got all the mods that players would do: flipped magnet for non-out of phase sound, mono jack… the pickups are 63-65 PAF specs humbuckers, the stickers are missing. The stoptail is a mid 60s long seam version, the bridge is a qwire ABR-1. Guitar had a refret and plays like a dream. If you are looking for a true magic gem… here it is!
