1959 Gibson Les Paul Standard – Sunburst …flamey !!!

Another one for you “Burst aficionados”:  …unbelievable 1959 Gibson “Burst” which has been in Europe since 40 years. This guitar has one of the most outreagous flamed maple tops we´ve seen so far! All important parts are original to the guitar, most obvious changes are: jackplate has been changed, two prof. filled bigsby-holes near the lower strap-button (none on the top!),  the stud-holes for the ABR-1 bridge have been professionally doweled as the bridge was set in bushings in the past. There also have been Grover tuners mounted when we gotthe guitar, fortunatel they didn´t drill the holes all the way thru the headstock,so the original bushing and Kluson tuners are back on now. Nice lightweight = with only 3,64Kg one of the ligtest Les Pauls we´ve had so far. The two PAF humbucker pickups have readings of 7,91+ 7,95 K-Ohm. Comes incl. original brown case with pink lining.
