1958 Gibson Les Paul Junior DC – Cherry
First year and real early version of the Gibson Junior with double-cutaway in excellent and all original condition. The first version of DC-Juniors had sharper body edges and a 4-digit serialnumber and the P-90 Pickup was actually a “Soapbar” mounted with 2 screws to the bottom of the body. Lightweight with only ca. 3,3 kg and a wonderful wide and big neck profil, but not bulky or chunky at all. Very strong cherry color, almost no fading and barely any playwear, untouched soderjoints, the pots are dated 1958, 1x “bumble bee” capacitor and one screaming P-90 pickup with an output of ca. 8,06K-Ohm make this axe a real rocker! Comes in newer brown hardshell case w/pink interior.
