1957 Gibson Les Paul Special – TV-Yellow

All original 1957 Gibson Special in excellent condition. Nice strong, unfaded TV-Yellow finish, which is much brighter than the “Mahagoni-lime”-finish they used on the early Special-models. It barely has any playwear on the body, just some little wear on the neck. On the back of the guitar there is an area where the coil cable or something in the guitar case melted into the lacquer – something you see on many vintage guitars. There is also a very small chip headstock on the A-string tuner – other wise it’s crazy clean.The pot codes are 134.7.01 (1st week of 1957). The two P-90 pickups have outputs of 8,01K (neck) and 7,57K (bridge). Great sounding Golden Era Les Paul with big neck and lot’s of bottom end. Comes in it´s orig. brown Gibson hard shell case.
