1954 Gibson Les Paul Standard – Goldtop

Clean 1954 Gibson Les Paul Standard Goldtop in excellent condition. Besides a pro refret job new “poker chip”/switch washer and new output jack it’s all original and stunning clean. There is the typical weather checking and some minor belt buckle wear on the back. This is already the wraparound tailpiece construction with the correct neck angle and it plays wonderful. The neck profile is full and has this typical 50s feel which is hard to describe…it just fits like a glove. The two P-90 pickups have great matching outputs of 7,64K(B) and 7,49K(N) and the pots read 304.3.20 (20th week of 1953). The guitar is lightweight with only 3,82Kg – a stunning example of a 1954 Les Paul, perfect investment and wonderful playing and sounding instrument! Comes incl. it’s original brown Gibson case.
