1953 Gibson ES-295 – All-Gold

What a beauty… the ES-295 guitars are always special. The only gold painted hollowbody Gibsons always have that special vibe since they all age different. The guitar doesn’t come with the classic Les Paul trapeze tailpiece like the Es-225, it has a Bigsby installed which works just fine. It’s actually in great condition, many of the 295s are heavily worn, the All-Gold finish reacts with human sweat and often you have all shades of Gold and Green. Besides a strap pin on the heel and a repair around the output jack and body side (see pictures), a newer trussrod cover it’s all original. Comes in it’s original brown Gibson case!
