1952 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop incl. orig. Brown Case
1952 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop all original and in very good condition for its over 64 years(!). First year for the Les Paul model, still without serialnumber and with the Trapeze bridge/-tailpiece combination. We recomend to install a Glaser or Mojotone bridge (wrap-over!) for better playabilty. The instrument has typical weatherchecking and moderate playwear – mostly on the backside, the frets are still in great shape. Great, big neckshape, … but not chunky, the two P-90 “Soap-bars” have outputs of N=7,8K and B=8,11K. Incl. original Gibson brown hardshell case with pink lining.
Techn. Details:
- 1-piece mahagony body,
- 1-piece mahagony neck,
- Bound rosewood fretboard with perloid inlays and 22 frets,
- 2x Gibson P-90 “Soap-bar” pickups,
