1952 Gibson Les Paul ´57 Goldtop - Conversion ...real PAFs!
1952 Gibson Les Paul ´57 Goldtop - Conversion with real PAFs!
For sale on consignment: 1952 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop conversion. Neck has been reset to proper angle, and PU-routings have been enlarged for humbucker size, nice nitro-refinish with some mild, authentic aging done by Mathias Schindehuette/Frankfurt. ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, M-69 humbucker-rings, 4x golden top hat knobs, alu-lightweight tailpiece and most other parts are 100% correct reissue parts from DMC, the two capacitors are still the original "Grey Tigers" from 1952, the two humbuckers are real PAFs with outputs of 7,38K and 7,45K who came out of a 1961 Gibson SG! The instrument has a very comfortable, big - but not chunky neck, the weight is 4,07Kg. Great playability with low action, the frets have been perfectly renewed. The owner is willing to sell this guitar without the PAFs and some other humbuckers instead (Amber, Sheptone, Classic ´57 or similar) for 16.5K! Comes in newer brown Gibson hardshell case.
