1947 Gibson ES-150 – Sunburst

This is the bigger 17″ body size version of the ES-150 Gibson re-introduced in 1946. It still has the old script logo which was replaced by the current logo in 1947 and since there is no FON or serial (not uncommon for the first pre-war runs) we date it to 46/47. The guitar has some repaired cracks, a non original pickup, pots and output jack. Great playing and sounding guitar with big neck, beautiful body shape and color! The scale length is 25.5″. Comes in original Gibson case (which would need some repair).
