1969 Gibson ES-345 TD- Sunburst

1969 Gibson ES-345 TDSV – Sunburst in player’s condition. The Sunburst finish has been faded and looks more like a Ice Tea finish now, which looks very attractive. The neck has been off, very likely for a reset long ago and there are dowels visible on the back. It’s been checked by our luthier and it’s 100% stable and plays great with low action. The Varitone unit has been removed and it operates Mono now – just like a ES-335. The pots are newer CTS and the bridge is an old Gotoh ABR copy. The tuners had been changed to Grovers at one time but the original Kluson “double ring” tuners are back on again. It’s got a typical big late 60s 1-piece mahogany neck and good weight with 3,51kg. Basically we have an amazing player that looks, plays and feels just gorgeous! The original Gibson Pat. No. humbuckers make the guitar sound full and sweet! Including new brown Gibson hardshell-case w/pink lining.
