1963 Gibson SG Standard - Cherry

Wonderful 1963 SG Standard with big neck profile in great condition and all original. There is a tiny heel-crack but the neck never was off. It's the typical wear point on SGs but this one is really not a problem - we gotta mention it though. You can clearly see that on the pics. There is also the small hairline crack beneath the output jack which is also common on 50% of the early SGs. Otherwise the guitar is very clean with strong cherry red color. Not as faded as many of the early SGs are. The big neck makes the difference...it plays well and has that typical midrangy SG sound you are looking for. The two Patent sticker humbuckers are basically identical to PAFs besides the sticker...you won't hear a difference. The solder joints are untouched, the pot codes read 134.63.20 (20th week of 1963) and the pickups read 7,4K(B) and 7.6K(N). Comes incl. original case.
