1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior DC – Pelham Blue

Clean 1959 Gibson Les Paul Junior DC in Pelham Blue finish. The guitar has been refinished, propably allready in the 60s, as the blue finish allready blacklights and sunk into the grain, typical for those older nitro finishes. Just like most original older Pelham Blue finishes, the clearcoat allready yellowed, giving the color a slight greenish look! Except for the refinished color, the instrument is in all original condition, both Centralab pots are dated to 1959, 1x Spraque "Bumble Bee" capacitor, original P-90 "Dog-Ear" pickup, aluminum lightweight tailpiece, etc. The guitar is nice lightweight and has a wonderful wide and big neck profil, typical 59-shape – but not bulky or chunky at all, very comfortable to play. Comes in newer brown hardshell case w/pink interior.
