Incredible guitar… the perfect Korina V. The early 80s Heritage Series Flying Vs are still considered to be the best sounding reissue of the the legendary “Holy Grail” 1958 Flying V. The shape and construction is a bit different but the ingredients, like the tim Shaw humbuckers and the lightweight Korina wood are almost guarantee a wonderful sounding guitar. We never heard a bad one. This example is super clean, still light in color, not as yellowed as most. Almost no play wear, the hardware has aged nicely. Extremely lightweight with only 2860g… kept in the case and almost never played! Serial A061 – very early one too. Can’t get any better than this!
