We purchased this 1973 Stratocaster from the original owner who bought it new in the 70s in Germany. She played it through her career aa a professional musician. The guitar is all original except the fretboard has been clear coated after refretting the guitar long ago. Beautiful Black finish, some figuring on the maple neck. It’s a rare ash body guitar – usually only the Blond Strats have been made of ash until the mid 70s. Pretty cool! The guitar has some worn spots from the strap and forearm but otherwise it’s still clean – some nice weather checking on the clear coat give it a great vibe! Pickups and pots are dated 1973. Comes inc. original Fender export case.
