Here we have a solid rosewood dreadnought-style Martin D-28 guitar from 1972, which has been played alot. Everything is original, no cracks or former repairs, but heavy playwear, especially around the soundhole. If you´re looking for a great-sounding dreadnought and don´t care too much about a clean appearance, this D-28 is definately your guitar! Very open and warm sounding, great attack and perfect for picking. You can tell, that this guitar has been played all its life. The D-28 is a long time classic and propably most sold Martin guitar ever, solid spruce top with ebony bridge and black pickguard, the neck is made from 1-piece mahagoni with a ebony fretboard, Mother of pearl Dot inlays and 20 original frets in very good condition. Neckjoint on 14th fret. Great action and great playability. 6x original Grover tuners. Incl. orig. Martin hardshellcase
