Super rare 1968 Gibson ES-335 TD with Varitone and Stereo output in custom color Burgundy Metallic Red. Maybe it’s a one off but for sure a custom ordered version of the ES-335 with Varitone and Stereo output in the wonderful Burgundy Metallic Red finish. Besides that there have been different tuners installed it’s all original. The medium size 1-piece neck is well adjusted for low action. The two “Pat.Nr.-Decal” pickups never had their covers off, all solder joints are original and untouched. Very warm sounding and well balanced guitar, the two humbuckers have outputs of N=7,78K and B=7,53K. The guitar comes in its original black Gibson hardshell-case w/yellow lining.
