This is a true Rock’n’Roll survivor! Looks at that amazing play wear – belt buckle wear on the back and wear and checking all over. Its been through something and witnessed and created music history. This 1958 Gibson Les Paul Special sounds as good as it looks. The serial number is only 60 digits lower than Slash’s first Burst (83096 – this one is 83036)! and that perfect late 50s neck profile. With a guitar like this there usually go some mods/changes along: One changed Volume Pot, replaced switch tip, an old filled humbucker routing bridge pickup – it’s been done very well and blends perfectly into the overall look. It once has been converted to Grovers, original tuners are back on. Its been refretted with 6100 wire. Otherwise original, all original plastic parts, short seam lightweight aluminum wraptail. Killer guitar through and through. No breaks! Comes incl. new case.
