1953 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop

Clean 1953 Gibson Les Paul Goldtop in excellent condition. This is such a nice looking and playing guitar, perfect weight with just a hint above 4Kg and great big 50s Gibson neck profile. It already has a steeper neck angle, the „thin ear“ wraparound tailpiece has a lot of room and the action is perfect! Pretty much the same as a 1954 or 1955 model. The Goldtop finish has some nice greening on the top but overall the guitar is really very very clean. The guitar is all original besides the stud bushings have been replaced with longer ones which was a weak point on these models and to us it can be seen as a service work. Amazing player, great tone and playability. Great future investment! Comes in it’s original Gibson “Cali-Girl” case.
