1960 Fender Jazzmaster - Blond

All original 1960 Fender Jazzmaster in rare Blond finish and ash body. This instrument has been played, so there is honest play-wear and weatherchecking, the finish aged to the typical cream blond but the nice grain the ash body is still visible. The frets have been professionally renewed but other than that this guitar is all original and sounds and plays superb! The blond finished guitars have ash bodies which gives them a different tonal character - this works really good on the big-bodied Jazzmasters. This guitar has all the desirable pre-CBS features such as the thick "slab"-fretboard, clay-dot inlays, black-bottom pick-ups, beautiful red tortoise pickguard and "Spaghetti-logo" decal on the headstock. The electronic has all untouched solderjoints, the pots are stamped dating them to late 1959 and early 1960. A great playing and sounding guitar, and early Jazzys are still the more affordable Fender vintage guitars but they start to increase -  time to get yours! Comes in it´s orig. brown Fender tolex case w/yellow interior.
