Delivery within Germany is carried out by UPS: Cost EUR 10,00

Deliveries to most European countries: EUR 25,00



Delivery time is approximately 2 working days (Mon-Fri) within Germany and approximately 4 working days (Mon-Fri) within the EU. For international inquiries, please contact us directly. We will indicate any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.



If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time because our supplier has not delivered it to us on time, we will inform you immediately. In such a case, you are free to wait for the ordered product or cancel your order. In the event of cancellation, any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

Prices and shipping costs

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of EUR 10.00 per order for delivery within Germany. The exact shipping costs for the respective countries are clearly stated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.


For cash on delivery payments, an additional cash on delivery fee of EUR 15.50 will be charged. No further taxes or costs will be incurred.
