1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom in rare 3-Pickup configuration and Natural finish in very good condition. The guitar has a nice top with some figure and shows some typical playwear on the back but overall it’s still clean. The pickup covers and one pot knob have been replaced as well as the bridge and tailpiece which have been replaced with later but correct Schaller parts. Everything else is original – the 4 patent stamped humbuckers are dated 1978 and 1979 and read 7,29 (B), 7,42 (M), 7,46(N), the pots read 137.78.30 (30th week of 1978). Great sounding and playing guitar with nice look and feel. Typical late 70s Custom weight with 4,79kg. Comes incl. original black hardcase with red plush.
