We offer a professional guitar service by our luthier Mathias Schindehütte for US vintage, used and custom store instruments.

We are more than proud that one of Europe’s best guitar luthiers, Mathias Schindehütte, has been part of our team since 2023! Mathias has been working on vintage guitars for decades and, with his immense wealth of experience, ensures our highest standards of quality.

The service work includes adjustment service, fretting, lacquering/refinishing of guitars with nitro lacquer, restoration, pickup replacement, as well as electronics and soldering work.

We offer

Adjustment service

  • String action, neck relief, octave adjustment, nut: 79 € (plus strings)

Fretjob

  • Maple fingerboard: 395 €
  • Rosewood/ebony fingerboard: 350 €
  • Fingerboard with binding: 495 €

Detailing

  • Cleaning, polishing, fret polishing, fretboard oiling, stringing, adjusting, tuning: 100-250 € depending on effort

We use Jescar 51100 fret wire for Gibson guitars and Dunlop 6105 for Fender guitars as standard. Other gauges are of course available on request.
