1974 Gibson ES-335 TD - Winered

Super clean 1974 Gibson ES-335 TD in Winered finish in excellent+ condition. This is probably one of the first ES models finished in Winered, still with the mahogany neck and ABR bridge but already with patent number stamped humbuckers. The pots have been replaced with newer ones so it is impossible to tell the exact date but the pickups and construction make it very likely a late 74 or early 1975 transitional model - with all pre 75 specs. Typically you see this color on the maple necked post 75 models and the color is dark and strong, especially on the ears - very beautiful. The finish looks almost like new with barely any wear and only mild checking. It blacklights well and there are no signs of a refin. The hardware is also shiny and the frets are almost as new. The pickups measure 7,21K(N) and 7,13K(B) and the weight is 3,6kg. Comes in it's original black Gibson case.
